This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website www.reachingageneration.org, sign up for our newsletters, make donations, or submit testimonies and information through our digital portals.

(Note: Online payment card details are processed securely through our third-party payment gateways like SnapScan, PayPal, Bloomerang, etc, and are not stored directly on our servers).
- Testimonies & Submissions: Stories, feedback, photos, videos, or personal experiences shared through our testimonial portals or program feedback forms.

Under POPIA, certain categories of data are classified as Special Personal Information (such as religious beliefs, health status, or biometric data).
- Because of the nature of our community and ministry work, testimonies or program registration forms submitted by users may occasionally contain sensitive details regarding health, personal struggles, or faith.
- We only process Special Personal Information with your explicit consent, or where it is strictly necessary for the delivery of our NPO programs. Testimonies containing sensitive details will be anonymized or published only with your explicit written permission.
